Alpha Center is a Christian Medical Clinic that serves our community by providing services and education related to sexual health at no cost. This includes: lab-quality pregnancy testing, options counseling, medically indicated ultrasound, pre-abortion screening, pregnancy options education, routine STD screening & treatment, new parent mentoring, material support, labor and delivery classes, professional relationship counseling, healthy relationships education, after-abortion support groups, miscarriage & stillbirth support groups, and referral services.

All our services are provided at no cost thanks to the generous support of many individuals, businesses and churches in our community. Our supporters recognize the need for a medical clinic that serves individuals facing important decisions related to sexual health and unplanned pregnancies.
Alpha Center does not perform or refer for abortions, and because of this, we have no financial interest in our patient’s pregnancy outcomes.
1985-1990
Pregancy Hotline Founded & 501(c)3 established
Alpha Center began in 1985 as a pregnancy hotline in Fort Collins. We were able to attain our non-profit designation in 1987 and a year later opened the first office near Drake & College.
2000-2015
Medical Services Added
In 2000, we became a medical facility by adding ultrasound, and two years later added STD screening.
2016
professional counseling services added
In 2016, we added a licensed professional counselor to our staff and in 2025 we added an additional staff counselor.
2020-now
today...
Today, we are located at College and Pitkin, right across from Colorado State University. Our staff of 17 includes registered nurses, administrative staff, and two staff counselors. In 2024, Alpha Center provided nearly 1,000 appointments, all at no cost to our patients.
